This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement captivating instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences centered on consultative and value-driven selling.
• Develop practical learning pathways that enhance seller preparedness, confidence, and performance.
• Mentor sellers and advisors on effectively engaging with business and creative decision-makers.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to craft personalized and adaptive learning experiences.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Marketing, Support, and Instructional Design teams to ensure enablement programs align with business objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, capability development, learning and development, or sales training within the technology or SaaS sector.
• More than 2 years of customer-facing sales experience.
• Proven experience in facilitating engaging learning experiences for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Skilled in designing scenario-based learning programs utilizing simulations, storytelling, and role-play activities.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, reinforcement solutions, or conversational AI technologies.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Applications, Strategy, Learning, or a related discipline.
