This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver outstanding training experiences in both in-person and virtual formats.
• Oversee a Crucial Learning calendar using our tools to accurately display training availability within your schedule.
• Build relationships with Senior Client Advisors and Crucial Learning team members to demonstrate your facilitation abilities.
• Prepare and strategize for upcoming presentations, training sessions, and client engagements.
• Participate in and lead pre-event discussions with Senior Client Advisors and Clients to identify organizational challenges and the rationale for training.
• Provide high-caliber presentations and facilitate significant training on all Crucial Learning products (Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, Crucial Influence, Getting Things Done, and The Power of Habit) in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Conduct post-event follow-up via email and phone, summarizing the event, identifying potential next steps, and offering support for training sustainability.
• Timely submission of communications and invoices with a focus on customer service.
• Engage in various Master Trainer Community support activities, including quarterly support and informational communications, along with occasional professional development opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of experience in delivering training, with both in-person and virtual experience required.
• A minimum of 7 courses taught using Crucial Learning content is highly preferred.
• Crucial Conversations Trainer Certification (obtained prior to application) is preferred.
• Availability to handle at least 12 events per year if needed.
• Experience with psychometric tools and assessments is advantageous.
• Capability to work as an independent contractor.
• Must provide necessary technical resources for facilitation independently (i.e., in accordance with US law, a contractor must supply their own laptop, email, reliable internet connection, suitable office space, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly learn company tools and internal procedures.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment, and responding promptly to a variety of requests.
• Familiarity with learning and development across various industries.
• Cognitive understanding of the Crucial Learning content.
• Comprehension of the content's purpose and alignment with Crucial Learning delivery guidelines.
• Ability to apply relevant business examples to the content.
• Skill in handling challenging questions from participants and clients, using them as learning opportunities.
• Capacity to connect training content to real-life examples for diverse clients.
• Proficiency in effectively engaging learners across different training modalities.
• Exceptional training, facilitation, engagement, and public speaking abilities.

• Availability of a wide range of resources to support your facilitation success, including speech decks and training materials.
• Membership in a community of practice dedicated to enhancing facilitation skills and making a positive impact.
