Master Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Participate in a 3-day master training scheduled online (to be confirmed) in May 2026;

• Review the FLM programme along with the training manual;

• Collaborate and synchronize with the Aflatoun Education Specialist to modify the training content for Slovenia (prior to the training in Slovenia) (1 hour);

• Become acquainted with and make necessary modifications to the training materials provided, including presentations, agenda, and templates for preparing the training in Slovenia (1 day);

• Liaise with local NGOs to ensure participants receive required materials (handouts, flipcharts, pens, etc.) for the training, and gather information on the number of participants and their backgrounds (1 hour);

• Organize personal travel arrangements (hotels and transportation) for conducting the 3-day training of trainers. Actual travel expenses will be reimbursed by Aflatoun upon prior agreement (2 hours);

• Lead the 3-day training of trainers in Slovenian, set to occur in Slovenia (3 days in May 2026 onwards, to be determined) (3 days);

• Prepare a final report detailing feedback survey results, outcomes, lessons learned, challenges encountered, and follow-up actions from the workshop, and submit it to Aflatoun (within a week post-training completion) (4 hours).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or academic degree in education, psychology, or a related field.

• Prior experience in training within Aflatoun’s programme is highly preferred.

• Knowledge and experience in financial education.

• Work experience as a training facilitator, ideally in an NGO setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Slovenian (required).

• Capability to work effectively within a small team in an international context.

• Advanced computer skills, including a solid understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
