Master Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with development teams to collect requirements and offer technical guidance throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, secure, and maintainable.

• Establish and uphold coding standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development.

• Identify technical risks and suggest strategies for mitigation.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices.

• Research and assess new technologies, tools, and frameworks pertinent to Azure-based development.

• Act as a hands-on technical lead and mentor for junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a senior software engineer or developer, with a strong history of creating scalable, high-performance solutions.

• Practical experience with Azure services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, and API Management.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud for developing containerized microservices.

• Experience in designing and implementing event-driven architectures and messaging systems.

• Familiarity with networking principles and protocols; knowledge of TCP/IP is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience working in DevOps-oriented environments, utilizing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of design patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, and cloud best practices.

• Ability to effectively collaborate, lead by example, and mentor fellow developers.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to explain complex technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
