Master Hearing Care Specialist, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations using your company vehicle to perform professional hearing assessments.

• Offer thorough counseling and fit cutting-edge hearing systems.

• Assist customers during the 30-day trial period through follow-ups, adjustments, and inquiries.

• Record your activities digitally and handle billing conveniently from home.

• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with your team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as a Master Hearing Care Specialist (Hörakustikmeister).

• Valid driver's license (Class B).

• Enjoy departing from the office and engaging directly with individuals in their surroundings.

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule.

• Authentic interest in the individuals behind the audiogram.

• Proficient with digital tools and receptive to innovative approaches in hearing care.
