This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary business lead for the Master Digital Stylist, overseeing daily operations, team coordination, escalation of customer issues, and performance management across all channels and selling pillars.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers to deliver real-time insights into sales performance, client engagement, outreach conversion, and team productivity.
• Analyze weekly and monthly business results—including category mix, client retention, acquisition, reactivation, and revenue pacing—and translate findings into clear and actionable strategy modifications.
• Lead forecasting, goal-setting, and seasonal planning initiatives, ensuring alignment of sales targets and outreach strategies with Saks Global business priorities and inventory opportunities.
• Manage event planning and campaign execution, coordinating logistics among the stylist's team and store partners to maximize revenue outcomes.
• Oversee and support a diverse team comprising direct assistants (3–4), interns (2), and an extensive network of store-based partners across all Saks Global locations and three brand pillars.
• Facilitate structured communication and workflow alignment across the team, ensuring that each member is aware of priorities, performance expectations, and their contribution to delivering a consistent client experience.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and team reviews to enhance productivity, selling capabilities, and accountability.
• Onboard, train, and mentor junior team members and interns with an emphasis on luxury service standards, digital clienteling best practices, and the unique operational model of the business.
• Serve as the operational hub for the team—managing information flow, addressing daily challenges, and allowing the stylist to focus on client engagement and high-value selling activities.
• Support and enhance the stylist's remote selling ecosystem, including CRM management, virtual styling workflows, digital outreach strategies, and content-driven clienteling initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the stylist to ensure conversion of all social media-driven client inquiries, inbound leads, and community engagement opportunities into measurable sales outcomes.
• Monitor performance across social media channels, identifying trends in follower engagement, content conversion, and brand reach—translating insights into business strategies.
• Uphold brand consistency and maintain a luxury tone of voice across all digital outreach, client communications, and team-generated content.
• Stay informed about digital selling trends, platform updates, and competitive styling programs to proactively recommend enhancements and innovations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with store partners across all Saks Global locations and three brand pillars, acting as the central liaison for coordination, product requests, and cross-location client service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Loyalty, Brand Experience, Planning, and Inventory teams to access exclusive products, curated assortments, and impactful client opportunities.
• Actively support and nurture the stylist's client book, ensuring premium service, discreet communication, and proactive engagement that fosters retention and loyalty.
• Partner with corporate functions and Saks Global leadership to share best practices, engage in cross-brand selling initiatives, and amplify the stylist's reach and impact.
• 5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, digital selling, business operations, or client development, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or strategic business partner capacity.
• Proven history of driving revenue growth and surpassing KPI-driven performance targets within a high-touch, fast-paced luxury environment.
• In-depth understanding of digital clienteling, remote selling models, and omnichannel client behavior, with practical experience using CRM systems and virtual selling platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing a complex, multi-layered team structure across both remote and on-site environments.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and retail reporting tools; able to create dashboards, interpret data, and make real-time business decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capability to influence cross-functionally and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
• Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and the ability to uphold and protect the brand and reputation of an elite seller.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their impact on luxury brand development, community engagement, and digital commerce.
