This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the coordination and implementation of quality processes while collaborating with functional, governance teams, and business units with an end-to-end business perspective.
• Perform tasks necessitating a comprehensive end-to-end understanding and analysis of change impacts (activities conducted outside the DMO team).
• Identify and recommend enhancements to quality services or other opportunities for improving end-to-end process efficiency.
• Provide support for internal inquiries regarding complex transactional requests that reveal data quality improvement opportunities (such as data cleansing efforts, process gaps, controls, audits, etc.).
• Accountable for the creation and maintenance of process documentation for the Data Health team.
• Manage non-standard scenarios and complex cases while coordinating cleansing efforts for the CO organization.
• Responsible for onboarding team members and delivering training sessions (including refreshers and process updates).
• Enhance and develop internal processes while maintaining close collaboration with global/area SMEs, quality and process experts, or global/regional process leaders.
• Tasked with the development of ad-hoc reports and analyses.
• Manage projects focused on quality process improvements or any initiatives, including those related to the design of new processes.
• Foster a consolidated partnership with other teams (both internal and external to DMO, whether global, regional, or local) to ensure a clear understanding of data health implementation, change impacts, and change management requirements.
• Deliver cost-effective, high-performance master data solutions.
• Lead or drive critical ad-hoc business cleansing initiatives.
• May involve participation in ERP Deployment activities (e.g., PIT/UAT testing).
• Participate in or lead regional or global projects and initiatives.
• May entail the development and maintenance of automated quality solutions used in daily operations.
• Serve as an active backup for the Team Leader.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or 3-6 years of equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or IT.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in data quality, master data management, and/or data governance within a global master data environment, or familiarity with Supply Chain processes and data.
• Proficient in English at a communicative level.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Prior experience working with SAP.
• Experience in process development and/or business process redesign.
• Preferred background in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and/or agile methodologies.
