Master Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute product data and change management activities for Home Fragrance product categories.

• Adhere to and implement data governance regulations and quality standards throughout the data lifecycle.

• Create, maintain, and validate master data for Home Fragrance in SAP.

• Prepare and enter Bills of Material (BOMs) into SAP for newly manufactured items.

• Ensure consistency and alignment of Home Fragrance product data across interconnected systems.

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to guarantee completeness and compliance with system requirements.

• Schedule and conduct daily and special reports for information utilized in the initial setup of part numbers and BOMs.

• Collaborate with Engineering and PMO teams to ensure the accuracy of all Home Fragrance product data.

• Serve as a central coordination point to identify and address bottlenecks, gaps, and dependencies within Home Fragrance data workflows.

• Communicate effectively and clearly with project leadership and cross-functional partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in data management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a related field.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and/or Windchill.

• Familiarity with Consumer Product master data, including manufactured finished goods and raw materials.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly wax blending practices, is preferred.

• Proficient in spreadsheet software; comfortable working with large data files efficiently, accurately, and effectively.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize competing demands with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
