Master Auto Glass Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Install windshields and auto glass either in the shop or via a mobile operation unit.

• Calibrate vehicle electronics, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Lane Departure Warning, and Forward Collision Alert.

• Repair chips and other forms of glass damage.

• Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

• Process payments for mobile customers.

• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• Deliver World Class customer service to both customers and vendors.

• Carry out driving duties monitored and recorded by a telematics device for safety and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive glass installation.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Capability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

• Proficiency in managing and working with various types of automotive glass.

• Strong understanding of auto mechanic tools, equipment, and techniques related to glass repair and replacement.

• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.

• Exceptional customer experience skills.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities and attention to detail.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be capable of fulfilling the physical demands of the role.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to safely navigate around vehicles during installations.

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, hold, grasp, pull, and turn for extended durations.

• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including hot or cold.
