Mass Litigation Attorney – External Legal Drafter (Per-Assignment)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparing responses (answers);

• Creating straightforward and intermediate petitions/pleadings;

• Tracking and overseeing procedural deadlines;

• Structuring dockets and tasks within the internal system;

• Analyzing cases and documentation to facilitate legal filings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Law degree with a valid OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;

• Background in Civil Procedure; knowledge of Banking Law is an advantage;

• Experience within the banking sector or mass litigation;

• Organized, efficient, and accountable regarding deadlines;

• Willingness to take on production-based tasks.
