Martech Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide support to an Architecture group located in Dallas.

• Convert business needs into scalable enterprise solutions for digital self-service and customer ordering platforms.

• Establish comprehensive solution architecture utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.

• Ensure coherence between business goals, technical architecture, and platform capabilities.

• Create solutions that facilitate complex customer journeys, personalization, and data-driven engagement.

• Assist in architecture across interconnected systems such as eCommerce, customer data platforms, and digital experience layers.

• Direct decisions regarding data flows, integrations, and system interoperability within the Adobe ecosystem.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful solution implementation.

• Offer architectural direction throughout the delivery lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, which includes Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, enterprise-level architectural solutions.

• Background in designing end-to-end solutions for digital self-service, personalization, and customer engagement platforms.

• Strong grasp of system integrations, data flows, and platform interoperability.

• Experience in managing complex, multi-system environments including eCommerce and customer data platforms.

• Proven track record in large-scale digital ecosystems and platform modernization efforts.

• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
