This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of and enhance the marketing technology landscape, facilitating acquisition, lifecycle management, attribution, analytics, and automation.
• Develop and sustain integrations, workflows, APIs, and data pipelines to guarantee dependable marketing data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to support scalable marketing operations and experimentation.
• Outline and oversee the MarTech roadmap, focusing on prioritization, backlog management, system enhancements, and technical specifications.
• Assess, source, onboard, and manage MarTech vendors and tools.
• Spearhead the implementation and optimization of tools for paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, attribution, experimentation, and customer engagement.
• Resolve issues related to integrations, campaign tracking, attribution, data quality, and platform reliability.
• Establish governance regarding data integrity, consent management, privacy, and compliance.
• Enhance operational efficiency through automation, process refinement, and thorough documentation.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison to ensure alignment and execution across Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and external partners.
• Proven experience supporting mobile app acquisition and paid acquisition within a MarTech or growth operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating, onboarding, and managing third-party MarTech vendors.
• Practical experience with AppsFlyer reporting and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar lifecycle marketing/customer engagement platform.
• Familiarity with implementing and managing integrations utilizing APIs and ETL workflows for marketing data infrastructure.
• Experience with Amplitude or a comparable product analytics platform.
• Understanding of attribution, campaign tracking, UTM governance, marketing measurement, and best practices for marketing data integrity.
• Basic awareness of privacy and compliance as it relates to marketing data governance, including consent management and privacy considerations.
• Experience working collaboratively with Engineering and Data teams on technical requirements and system architecture for marketing data and tools.
• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom and/or the United States (depending on the hiring location).
• 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Growth Operations, or a similar technical marketing role.
• Proficient in basic SQL querying for marketing and product data analysis.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with dbt or a similar data transformation tool.
• Available to start within 4 weeks of accepting the offer.

• Competitive salary with a Baseline Freedom Salary of £60,000 GBP per year, and estimated total cash compensation for this role ranging from £80,000 to £105,000 GBP based on level and geographic location.
