• We are currently seeking a MarTech Full-Stack Developer to join our Marketing Technology & AdTech team.
• This role transcends the typical “full-stack” position where you might spend endless hours adjusting button placements or debating border-radius values for three sprints. Instead, you will operate at the crossroads of engineering, attribution, internal tooling, and growth—constructing systems that ensure reliable campaign measurement, usable data flows, and minimize reliance on guesswork within marketing teams.
• You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the technical framework supporting tracking, postbacks, schemas, integrations, and internal tools. This includes working on our internal CRM/tooling, optimizing marketing team operations, and ensuring data flows seamlessly, timely, and in the required format.
• You will work in close collaboration with performance marketers, product owners, developers, and data stakeholders, serving as a conduit between business requirements and technical execution.
• Just to clarify: we value your skills and thought process over your educational background. Whether you studied Computer Science, Physics, Philosophy, are self-taught, attended a bootcamp, or learned by troubleshooting production issues—what matters is your capability, mindset, and sense of ownership.
• Additionally, if you leverage AI to enhance your efficiency, clarity in documentation, or automate mundane tasks—consider it a bonus.
• Must-have
• - Strong backend experience with **Node.js, Typescript, and Python.**
• - Familiarity with **APIs, REST, webhooks, and server-to-server integrations.**
• - Solid **understanding of tracking, attribution, or event-based systems.**
• - Experience in building or maintaining **data pipelines.**
• - Proficient in working with **SQL / NoSQL databases.**
• - Experience with **cloud environments and serverless architectures.**
• - Strong **ownership mindset**—you strive to enhance systems, not merely complete tasks.
• - **Excellent communication skills in English** (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• GCP Stack (Important)Experience with the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, especially:
• - BigQuery (data warehousing & analysis)
• - Cloud Functions / serverless workloads
• - Pub/Sub (event-driven systems)
• - Cloud Scheduler (orchestration / jobs)
• - Datastore / Firestore (operational data & lightweight storage)
• Highly Relevant for This Role
• - Experience in defining and maintaining tracking schemas / event governance.
• - Experience in building or maintaining internal tools, CRMs, or operational dashboards.
• - Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have
• - Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or Astro.
• - Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and web performance.
• - Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch).
• - Familiarity with ad platform APIs and tracking flows.
• - Experience with subscription businesses and tools like RevenueCat.
• - Exposure to CDPs, marketing automation, or product analytics tools.
