Marketplace Operations Manager / Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Flamingo's nationwide marketplace.

• Ensure that customer requests are met promptly.

• Guarantee that providers respond swiftly to inquiries.

• Confirm successful completion of bookings.

• Drive continuous growth in marketplace activity.

• Monitor all incoming marketplace requests and ensure provider responses occur within established SLAs.

• Proactively contact providers when requests have not received responses within the necessary timeframe.

• Communicate with providers via Phone, SMS, Email, and In-app messaging.

• Follow up on requests until they are accepted, declined, or resolved.

• Escalate urgent or at-risk requests to internal teams.

• Ensure that all customer requests receive attention.

• Address day-to-day operational challenges within the marketplace.

• Manage bookings that necessitate hands-on coordination.

• Assist in activating new marketplace customers and promoting booking activity.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in marketplace operations.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success.

• Over 1 year of experience in customer support.

• At least 1 year of experience in account management.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality.

• Excellent communication skills across Phone, Email, Text, and Live messaging.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.

• A sense of ownership — you actively solve problems and take accountability for results.

• Strong follow-through and determination.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
