This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Achieve results by identifying, assessing, and implementing profit maximization initiatives to meet financial goals through marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies.

• Oversee and monitor the performance and profitability of our products across various marketplaces through both organic and paid initiatives.

• Optimize content listings to enhance page rankings, SEO, and sales by conducting thorough keyword and competitor analyses, improving product titles, descriptions, categorizations, A++ content, and collaborating closely with the Creative team to create engaging visual assets for maximum performance.

• Manage daily PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and optimization (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for the designated product portfolio in alignment with established KPIs.

• Implement marketing deals, promotions, coupons, promo codes, etc., and provide reports on key metrics.

• Enhance product performance and market share growth through opportunity analyses, including market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

• Monitor fulfillment metrics and collaborate with the Operations Lead to forecast, manage, and oversee product inventory levels to maintain premium shipping eligibility above good standing metrics.

• Report on and analyze marketplace performance and operational metrics daily and weekly, including but not limited to Sales and Profitability, Account Health, Feedback Performance, Product Policy Compliance, Shipping Performance, Brand Registry, and Brand Performance.

• Work with the Customer Service team to address customer complaints and provide technical product information as needed.

• Collaborate with Amazon Seller Support across all marketplaces to create cases, track case logs, and resolve issues promptly.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success on Amazon.

• Stay informed about Amazon policies, trends, and best practices to uphold our excellent Account Health status.


⛳️ Requirements

• A successful history of increasing sales and profitability on Amazon, managing an operation with over $10 million in sales.

• At least 3 years of experience in managing an e-commerce Amazon Seller Central environment.

• Experience handling a large volume of SKUs.

• Preferred background in consumer goods and office products industries.

• Desired skills in social media and marketing.

• **Knowledge & Skills:

• Demonstrated data management and analytical abilities with a proven record of analyzing data and identifying solutions for various performance challenges. Proficient in Excel.

• Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.

• Ability to work independently, adapt to a dynamic environment, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with the setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in the wellness and mindfulness sector is a plus.

• Some familiarity with Helium10/Jungle Scout is advantageous.

• SEO knowledge is a plus.
