Claims Specialist, Dental Supplement Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You manage claims independently — from cost estimates to invoices — and calculate reimbursements using our software.

• You collaborate closely with seasoned colleagues and managers who challenge, support, and motivate you.

• You assist in optimizing and automating our claims management processes while contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.

• You provide support to our customer service team with inquiries regarding claims — directly impacting customer satisfaction.

• Besides processing claims, you undertake cross-functional responsibilities such as managing customer phone calls.

• As a team, you achieve daily and monthly targets — with emphasis on focus, structure, and team spirit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in claims handling or billing — preferably in a dental or insurance-related setting.

• A confident, approachable demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.

• A structured, self-sufficient working style with strong time management skills.

• Proficient use of digital tools — you are familiar with MS Office and modern software solutions.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1); English skills are beneficial but not mandatory in our international setting.
