This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee the daily operations and performance of assigned dealership accounts, ensuring that campaigns are optimized and in line with client objectives.
β’ Track pacing, performance trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital channels, including Google and Meta.
β’ Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to best practices and to uncover opportunities for enhancement.
β’ Implement and suggest optimizations aimed at increasing lead volume, improving cost efficiency, and maximizing overall return on investment (ROI).
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for routine communications with clients regarding performance updates.
β’ Facilitate and lead client discussions centered on digital performance evaluations, insights, and subsequent actions.
β’ Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
β’ Foster strong working relationships with clients, emphasizing trust and transparency.
β’ Analyze performance data and convert findings into concise, actionable recommendations.
β’ Recognize trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts, and convey insights to clients and internal teams.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams, to ensure smooth execution.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success is required.
β’ Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta, is highly preferred.
