Marketplace Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations and performance of all marketplace accounts including Walmart, Target, Instacart, Ebay, and others.

• Develop, optimize, and uphold product listings to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and adherence to platform standards.

• Plan, implement, and assess advertising campaigns across various marketplaces such as Walmart Connect.

• Create and oversee promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and seasonal initiatives to boost sales and profitability.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, ROAS, conversion rates, and ranking metrics; produce regular reports and insights.

• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

• Work in close coordination with Marketing, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure marketplace activities align with overall brand and sales goals.

• Perform market analyses to identify trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities.

• Ensure that all listings, claims, and creative materials meet marketplace policies and industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in managing Amazon, Walmart, or comparable e-commerce marketplaces.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital merchandising, product ranking algorithms, and advertising platforms within marketplaces.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret sales and marketing data to inform performance-related decisions.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data dashboards, and marketplace analytics tools.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational abilities.
