šŸ“‹ Description

• The Marketplace Ecommerce Project Manager operates under direct oversight and adheres to company and departmental policies and procedures to facilitate the strategy and execution of the company's e-commerce initiatives both off Amazon and in Amazon International markets.

• This position collaborates with Marketplaces, Brand Management, Advertising, Supply Chain, Compliance, Catalog, and Content teams to implement projects that boost efficiency, performance, and growth.

• Key responsibilities encompass project planning, problem-solving, execution, and the achievement of milestones.

• Adheres to established practices and procedures to improve processes, schedule workflows, and allocate resources effectively.

• The primary emphasis is on launching international Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, CA, etc.) as well as off Amazon opportunities (Tik Tok Shop, Walmart, Coupang, Target).

• Ensures adherence to Marketplace policies and promptly resolves operational issues.

• Defines and implements e-commerce growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.

• Coordinates cross-functional projects alongside product, marketing, and operations teams.

• Monitors KPIs, sales trends, and campaign performance to guide informed decision-making.

• Identifies bottlenecks and executes process improvements throughout the e-commerce workflow.

• Collaborates with PPC Strategists to plan and optimize advertising campaigns.

• Converts business objectives into clear advertising strategies and creative requirements.

• Tracks ad ROI, provides data-driven recommendations, and oversees ad spend allocation.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, showcasing proven expertise in Amazon and other marketplaces.

• Documented success in scaling Amazon sales, including entry into international markets.

• Strong grasp of digital advertising principles (Amazon PPC, Google, Facebook).

• Exceptional project management abilities—capable of prioritizing, delegating, and executing tasks independently.

• Data-driven with robust analytical skills (Excel, Seller Central reports, BI tools).

• Clear and direct communication style with proficiency in English.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment where multitasking is crucial.

• **Nice To Have:**

• Experience in expanding brands internationally from US Amazon to other country-specific instances of Amazon, along with advertising experience.

• Interest or knowledge in programming or development (API connections, looker reports, etc.).
