This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Utilize company and departmental practices to initiate, oversee, and enhance product listings on Amazon International and other marketplaces (including content, SEO, A+ content, and storefronts).
• Assist with inventory forecasting, replenishment, and coordination of logistics.
• Perform competitor analysis and pinpoint opportunities for market expansion.
• Focus primarily on launches in international Amazon marketplaces (such as the UK, EU, CA, etc.) as well as off-Amazon platforms (including Tik Tok Shop, Walmart, Coupang, and Target).
• Ensure adherence to Marketplace policies and address operational issues promptly.
• Define and implement e-commerce growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects in collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and campaign performance to guide decision-making processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and execute process enhancements across the e-commerce workflow.
• Collaborate with PPC Strategists to plan and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Convert business objectives into clear advertising strategies and creative needs.
• Track ad ROI, provide data-driven insights, and guide the allocation of advertising budgets.
• Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, demonstrating expertise in Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Proven track record of scaling Amazon sales, including entry into international markets.
• Strong grasp of digital advertising principles (including Amazon PPC, Google, and Facebook).
• Exceptional project management abilities—capable of prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and executing independently.
• Data-oriented mindset with robust analytical skills (proficient in Excel, Seller Central reports, and BI tools).
• Clear and direct communication style with proficiency in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment where adaptability is key.
• **Nice To Have:**
• Experience in expanding brands internationally from US Amazon to other country-specific Amazon instances. Advertising experience is a plus.
• Interest or knowledge in programming or development (such as API connections, looker reports, etc.).
