This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Overseeing and executing one or more processes, solutions, and/or projects with an emphasis on quality and effective risk management.
• Promoting ongoing process enhancements and discovering innovative solutions.
• Leading professional staff or supervising teams to accomplish complex technical initiatives.
• Crafting solutions for intricate issues and proposing modifications to policies.
• Steering engagement economics while executing resource planning and budgeting.
• Partnering with senior client stakeholders to evaluate marketing strategies and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Guiding clients on campaign optimization and utilizing data-driven insights.
• Assisting with the deployment of marketing technology platforms and tools.
• Formulating comprehensive marketing data strategies and measurement frameworks.
• Cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Generally, a minimum of 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in marketing consulting, marketing positions, or strategic marketing projects.
• Proven expertise in at least 2-3 of the following areas: segmentation, new growth and go-to-market strategies, marketing ROI calculation, marketing operating model, marketing cost reduction, brand strategy, customer data management, or marketing technology.
• Extensive knowledge of leading practices, processes, and technologies in B2B or B2C marketing.
• Required experience in marketing, customer-driven, and/or growth initiatives within technology, telecom, media/entertainment, or consumer products/retail sectors.
• Significant experience in people management, leading project teams, and supervising direct reports within an organization.
• Capability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-80% both domestically and internationally.
