Marketing Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the enhancement and evolution of the marketing technology stack and AI integration, ensuring alignment with both current and future marketing strategies and campaign requirements.

• Oversee the execution of marketing technology roadmaps and continual platform support, including feature and functionality improvements to address the needs of marketing business users both now and in the future.

• Act as the main point of contact and responsible party for daily vendor relationships, collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

• Supervise the creation and execution of marketing operational strategies and plans.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes for the marketing division.

• Create training and change management programs and services for marketing and experience team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the MarTech field, including but not limited to CRM, CDP, MMP, Analytics, and model-driven targeting.

• At least 5 years of experience in optimizing business and operational processes within a marketing framework.

• 5 years of professional experience in designing data architecture (data lake/warehouse) and familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

• 5 years of professional experience in integrating MarTech solutions (e.g., CRM, ERP, CDP, etc.) and middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Apache, etc.).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing business and marketing requirements and establishing a prioritized product roadmap and features to address them.

• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience utilizing technology and AI within a marketing context.
