Marketing Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Recognize manual, repetitive workflows within marketing and replace them with AI-powered solutions.

• Develop and implement agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment.

• Design interconnected systems and data pipelines that automatically provide insights.

• Establish a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge repository encompassing product, personas, and market intelligence.

• Streamline campaign reporting, post-event evaluations, and continuous performance insights.

• Collaborate across departments, including Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, to integrate data, systems, and workflows.

• Create the technical infrastructure that enhances Flywire’s visibility in AI-driven search environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps.

• Capability to link technical work to pipeline and revenue results.

• Demonstrated ability to independently construct functioning AI-driven solutions from manual or flawed workflows.

• Practical experience with AI workflows and automation tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar.

• Technical proficiency with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows.

• Direct experience in utilizing AI tools to significantly automate or enhance work beyond basic content creation.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and access necessary data and systems.

• Clear, experience-based vision on the future of AI in marketing.

• Builder mentality showcased through side projects, experiments, or internal tools.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-autonomy setting.
