Marketing Technical Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients by guiding them through all essential steps, which include necessary forms, integrations, and technical setups to effectively run Meta ads and optimize their Google Business Profile.

• Offer clear, step-by-step support to ensure clients are positioned for success.

• Simplify complicated processes through email communication and personalized calls to foster a seamless onboarding experience.

• Assist clients in connecting their Facebook Page, Instagram Profile, and Meta Business Suite.

• Support clients in establishing two-factor authentication (2FA), phone number verification, and payment methods.

• Facilitate the sharing of permissions and roles within Meta Business Manager.

• Resolve common setup issues through screen-sharing sessions or direct intervention.

• Lead clients in setting up or claiming their Google Business Profile.

• Aid in the profile verification process, which includes phone, email, and business verification steps.

• Help enhance business profiles by ensuring accurate information, adding photos, and promoting customer reviews.

• Provide suggestions to improve local SEO and search visibility through Google Business Profile tools.

• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to assist clients in configuring their online stores, including product listings, payment gateway integrations, and readiness for operations.

• Troubleshoot issues related to inventory management, checkout processes, and product visibility to guarantee optimal store performance.

• Adhere to SOPs while researching and customizing marketing strategy presentations that showcase quick wins and provide an overview of our services.

• Address basic client inquiries regarding our marketing programs, expectations, and strategies for campaign optimization.

• Keep abreast of updates in Meta advertising tools, Google Business Profile, and associated platforms to furnish accurate and timely support.

• Relay client feedback and insights to enhance onboarding and support procedures.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, onboarding status, and issue resolution efforts.

• Implement processes that leverage onboarding data to assist other teams in customizing marketing strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or comparable setting, with a concentration on onboarding clients for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad setups and Google Business Profile optimization.

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Profile management, Meta Business Manager, and the setup/optimization of Google Business Profile.

• Strong technical comprehension of account integrations, permission management, and business verification procedures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for explaining intricate technical concepts in a straightforward and approachable manner.

• Comfortable conducting client-facing calls, screen shares, and providing written support.

• Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring precision at every stage of onboarding and account setup.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to new tools, technologies, and marketing strategies while becoming proficient in Moxie’s marketing programs.

• Familiarity with various software tools and platforms; experience with CRMs, project management tools, and screen-sharing software is advantageous.
