• Implement and troubleshoot CRM and ILS technologies within the national ticketing platform to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and system connectivity across all properties.
• Act as the main point of contact for system-related issues, managing tickets, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating solutions between internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate closely with operational leadership to support successful property marketing efforts that align with leasing goals and operational objectives.
• Utilize centralized marketing resources, individual expertise, and vendor partnerships to devise and execute effective marketing system strategies.
• Analyze leasing and marketing performance data; prepare and present insights and recommendations to operational leadership and clients.
• Establish and monitor short-term and long-term goals with measurable KPIs, leveraging system data to inform marketing and technology decisions.
• Provide training on marketing systems and best practices to Regional Managers and on-site teams, fostering consistency and CRM adoption.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and automation setup across CRM and ILS environments to drive qualified traffic and improve lead-to-lease performance.
• Aid in the onboarding and transition processes for property management systems (PMS), including digital asset integration and marketing technology setup.
• Travel Requirement: This position may involve travel, estimated at 5% of work time annually for internal meetings.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting marketing systems or technology operations within the Real Estate Property Management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of translating technical data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (preferred).
• Experience with Property Management Software – Yardi, Onesite, Entrata (preferred).
• Experience with industry-related CRMs – Elise AI, Knock, etc. (preferred).
• Experience in managing Marketing Contracts – coordinating solution implementation with ILS, technology, and integration partners (preferred).
