📋 Description

• Oversee a premium portfolio of financial advisor clients, fostering enduring relationships through tailored guidance, goal monitoring, and proactive communication via phone, video, and email.

• Develop, review, and implement monthly multi-channel content calendars (email, social media, blog) utilizing the FMG platform, while incorporating client insights.

• Collaborate with clients to generate strategies aimed at attracting new prospects, re-engaging dormant leads, and optimizing dashboard tools such as audience segmentation.

• Quickly learn and apply new AI-driven platform features as they become available.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and campaign metrics, proactively identifying trends or issues.

• Assist in calendar management and support ticket resolution, proactively managing your workload and communicating when assistance is required.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and care to your designated client base.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or account management capacity.

• Proven knowledge of email marketing, social media, and content strategy.

• Established track record of meeting service KPIs.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.

• Strong commitment to customer care and prioritizing client needs.

• Capable of functioning effectively within a team environment.

• Receptive to feedback.

• Ability to handle a high-volume client portfolio with organization and consistency.

• Proficient in critical thinking for complex situations.

• Skilled in managing challenging conversations.

• Experience in the financial industry is advantageous.

• Strong technical proficiency (comfortable using a computer, learning new software, and skilled in AI usage).

• Adaptable to changes or updates in standard operating procedures or technology.
