This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Transform concepts and priorities into structured plans, tasks, and deliverables.
• Sustain momentum across various ongoing projects by monitoring progress, following up on action items, and assisting teams in maintaining alignment.
• Implement marketing initiatives such as newsletters, social media posts, blog content, website updates, and both virtual and in-person events.
• Assist with business development activities through pipeline management, proposal coordination, prospect research, and follow-ups.
• Organize proposals, pitches, presentations, and marketing materials by managing timelines, collecting feedback, coordinating revisions, and facilitating approvals.
• Perform research, testing, and analysis to support marketing, business development, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and action items among internal teams and external partners.
• Review and monitor relevant RFP opportunities, requirements, and submission deadlines.
• Maintain dashboards, reporting, and pipeline tracking to bolster marketing and business development efforts.
• Keep accurate records and track progress within CRM, client relationship, and proposal management systems.
• Enhance and maintain internal templates, documentation, and shared resources.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, including time management, efficiency, project coordination, and collaboration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines.
• High level of attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort in supporting senior leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to impose structure on ambiguous or evolving tasks.
• Proactive in problem-solving and self-directed.
• Experience in coordinating meetings, documentation, and action items.
• Confidence in collaborating cross-functionally with various teams and personalities.
• Strong proficiency with digital collaboration tools and project management platforms.
• Bilingual (French/English) (Bonus).
• Experience with email marketing (Bonus).
• Familiarity with SEO (Bonus).
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Bonus).
• Experience with Google Analytics (Bonus).
