📋 Description

• Articulate clear and persuasive narratives, both in writing and verbally, to influence and align stakeholders by synthesizing insights, business objectives, and constraints into practical recommendations.

• Create and enhance customer personas by merging research insights, performance metrics, and market trends.

• Act as a subject matter authority on online casino customers, steering targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies throughout campaigns.

• Evaluate competitor marketing tactics, encompassing creative execution, messaging, and positioning, to uncover opportunities and shape our approach.

• Collaborate with Research, Analytics, and Media teams to convert customer insights into impactful campaign strategies and briefs.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and wider market trends to guide strategic direction.

• Work collaboratively across functions to ensure unified, customer-centric strategies across all channels and touchpoints.

• Assume responsibility for initiatives from start to finish, proactively spotting opportunities, advancing work, and achieving results in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, or customer insights within a business-to-consumer context.

• Experience with digital or technology brands.

• A data-driven approach, capable of distilling complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.

• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to assimilate new information and act promptly.

• Proven history of ownership and accountability, with experience managing work independently from concept to execution.

• Ability to convert customer research and data into actionable marketing strategies.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to influence cross-functional partners.

• A customer-first approach and an inquisitive attitude towards evolving market trends and consumer behaviors.
