Marketing Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create omni-channel marketing campaigns (including email, social media, and digital) to attract new leads, build pipelines, and acquire customers for B2B solutions and services.

• Formulate and implement strategies to increase the adoption of new products and services among existing clients by developing value propositions, product briefs, and sales support materials tailored to target customers and user personas.

• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to devise comprehensive communication strategies that enhance client engagement, adoption, and utilization of current products and services.

• Assist the Sales team with relevant messaging, positioning, and sales tools such as white papers, presentations, sales sequences, and web content.

• Maintain a continuous feedback loop on products by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, reviewing usage analytics, and utilizing this data to inform our product strategy and roadmap.

• Identify speaking and presentation opportunities at trade shows, collaborating with the Events and Product teams to establish a strong and effective presence.

• Utilize market and competitive insights to pinpoint new market opportunities.

• Convert data into actionable market intelligence reports and dashboards to assess the success of B2B campaigns, optimize key initiatives, and identify gaps within the marketing funnel.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and propose innovative solutions for data collection and processing.

• Oversee logistics for annual healthcare trade shows to enhance the AAPC brand and generate new leads.

• Analyze and manage customer data to promote enterprise sales growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital programs at scale within complex environments.

• Proven experience in planning, prioritizing, and executing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Experience in cultivating brand awareness and recognition on a global scale.

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and fulfill customer needs.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Established capability to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams with professionalism and clarity.

• Proficient and current with the latest trends, technologies, and approaches in digital and analog marketing research.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects according to critical business needs.

• Metrics-driven with the ability to navigate complexity and help teams concentrate on the most significant opportunities.
