• Lead the ROI narrative: Collaborate with Account Teams to guide business reviews that extend beyond usage metrics, illustrating clear financial impacts and strategic returns.
• Foster retention and growth: Pinpoint opportunities for service and feature enhancements by becoming a vital component of each customer's engagement strategy, thereby aiding strong net retention rates.
• Facilitate strategic workshops: Organize and conduct sessions that assist customers in defining their objectives, aligning on priorities, and accelerating digital marketing results.
• Translate data into actionable insights: Convert customer data and campaign outcomes into practical insights and recommendations that enhance performance.
• Contribute to scalable frameworks: Assist in developing standardized playbooks and AI-enabled tools that elevate the quality of consulting across the global organization.
• Share knowledge with colleagues: Provide best practices and insights to fellow consultants to enhance strategic delivery standards across the team.
• Utilize AI for efficiency: Employ AI tools for research, content creation, and performance auditing to deliver expedited, high-quality strategic advice.
• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, a digital agency, or a client-side marketing position (e.g., CRM Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, CX Strategist).
• Proven experience in designing multi-channel customer engagement strategies across two or more channels (email, mobile, SMS, web, digital wallets).
• Established ability to build trusted relationships with VP and Director-level marketing stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven storytelling capabilities, with the skill to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Experience in facilitating strategic workshops or planning sessions for enterprise stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is required.
