This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance website pages for targeted mortgage keywords with high intent.

• Develop and oversee landing pages specific to cities (e.g., Orlando, Winter Park, Tampa).

• Execute on-page SEO strategies (titles, headers, internal linking, content organization).

• Manage technical SEO aspects (schema markup, indexing, site architecture).

• Transform weekly radio shows into SEO-friendly blog posts.

• Oversee the publishing of YouTube videos and optimize their titles/descriptions.

• Create content based on frequently asked questions addressing common mortgage inquiries.

• Maintain a consistent content publication schedule.

• Optimize and manage the Google Business Profile.

• Implement a consistent strategy for acquiring Google reviews.

• Respond to reviews with professional and keyword-rich replies.

• Ensure coherence across the website, YouTube channel, podcast platforms, and social media.

• Connect all content back to the main website to enhance SEO authority.

• Maintain consistent branding across all channels.

• Monitor keyword rankings and website traffic.

• Track conversion rates and sources of leads.

• Provide monthly performance reports along with actionable suggestions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of SEO experience, preferably within the real estate or mortgage sectors.

• Strong knowledge of local SEO and Google ranking criteria.

• Experience in content marketing and optimizing YouTube content.

• Capable of writing or coordinating clear, engaging, and informative material.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research platforms.

• Experience in editing audio for radio, podcasts, or social media videos.

• Ability to create short-form content from longer materials.

• Knowledge of tools and resources for video and content editing.
