• Create and execute demand-generation and brand-awareness initiatives aimed at attracting new qualified leads and enhancing brand visibility for B2B or B2C enterprises.
• Develop and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns by overseeing the content calendar, ensuring cohesive and timely execution across various teams and platforms, including emails, social media, paid advertisements, and website content.
• Leverage our reporting tools (such as CRM data) to assess, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, refining strategies based on insights derived from data.
• Assist internal team members with SEO efforts to establish search as a dependable and consistent source of demand.
• Proactively identify and address issues affecting marketing performance, employing a blend of strategic foresight and tactical implementation.
• Ensure brand consistency in all outputs, maintaining the integrity of the brand.
• Proven experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies for a rapidly expanding B2B agency or brand.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or demand-generation roles.
• Proficient in reporting with a strong preference for a data-driven approach.
• Ability to discern trends, insights, and opportunities to continually enhance growth potential.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, AI tools, etc.
