This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Execute campaigns by building and launching multi-channel GTM initiatives, including email sequences, workflows, lead nurturing programs, and outbound cadences;
• Set up and manage various HubSpot properties, lists, and automation to ensure partner instances remain organized and reportable;
• Conduct quality assurance on all tasks prior to submission; ensure no work is sent to a partner with errors or faulty logic;
• Develop HubSpot dashboards and reports that provide partners with clear insights into campaign performance, MQL volume, pipeline contributions, and channel attribution;
• Analyze campaign data to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement, presenting a concise summary and recommendations to the partner and your Lead Strategist;
• Acquire foundational knowledge of Clay; utilize it for ICP list development, data enrichment, and supporting prospecting workflows;
• Lead partner calls and syncs by preparing agendas, taking notes, and sending detailed recaps within 24 hours;
• Manage partner communication channels (email, Slack) with professionalism and promptness throughout the engagement;
• Proactively report any risks, delays, or obstacles to the Lead Strategist at the earliest opportunity; avoid waiting until issues arise;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Engineers, Content Strategists, and Paid Strategists to ensure alignment on task ownership and maintain pod execution;
• Create and implement ClickUp roadmaps and task tracking; keep your work updated so the Lead Strategist and pod can monitor progress without needing to ask;
• Commit to completing all 8 mandatory certifications (HubSpot + Clay) within your initial 90 days;
• Shadow Senior Strategists during client calls and strategy sessions, actively working towards independent strategic ownership;
• Share suggestions for process enhancements, playbook updates, or campaign optimizations; your insights from the execution layer are invaluable;
• 2–4 years of experience in GTM, demand generation, marketing operations, or growth marketing; preferably in a B2B SaaS context.
• Intermediate proficiency in HubSpot: you have created campaigns, developed workflows, and generated reports. You are familiar with the platform.
• Practical experience in executing email marketing initiatives; skilled in segmentation, sequences, A/B testing, and deliverability fundamentals.
• Comfortable with data and analytics: you can interpret a funnel report, identify gaps, and explain their implications.
• Excellent written communication skills; you produce clear emails, well-structured meeting summaries, and task updates that require no editing.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient: you manage multiple projects without oversight, and you proactively communicate any potential risks.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Clay; even basic knowledge of data enrichment or prospecting workflows will give you a significant advantage.
• Agency experience: You have managed multiple clients simultaneously and understand how to prioritize competing demands.
• Basic knowledge of paid media: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or any intent-based paid campaigns.
• Understanding of ABM principles: you recognize account-level targeting and can explain how it differs from broad-based demand generation.
• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Miro, SEMRush, or SmartLead/Lemlist.
