This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute demand-generation and brand-awareness initiatives aimed at attracting new qualified leads and enhancing brand visibility for both B2B and B2C brands.
• Design and implement omnichannel campaigns by overseeing the marketing content calendar, ensuring all teams and channels such as emails, social media, paid advertisements, and website content are aligned and executed in a timely manner.
• Leverage our reporting tools, including CRM data, to monitor, assess, and report on the success of marketing campaigns, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Assist internal services team members with SEO initiatives to establish search as a reliable and consistent demand channel.
• Proactively identify and address issues affecting marketing performance, employing a blend of strategic foresight and tactical execution.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables, maintaining brand integrity.
• Proven experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies for a rapidly growing B2B agency or brand.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or demand-oriented roles.
• Proficient in reporting with a strong preference for a data-driven approach.
• Capability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous growth maximization.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, AI tools, etc.
