Marketing Specialist, Practice Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing brand positioning and guidelines across all materials and communications for the Dental Practice Services brands.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies.

• Act as the primary marketing contact for selected vendor partners and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.

• Aid in the development and execution of marketing programs and promotions aimed at achieving annual growth objectives.

• Collaborate with Creative Services, internal product/brand stakeholders, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams.

• Oversee and sustain the marketing campaign calendar's execution.

• Support the creation of collateral and content for marketing initiatives across various channels.

• Coordinate with Creative Services, external creative agencies, and vendor partners to produce marketing materials.

• Facilitate sales enablement efforts by generating and distributing materials that advocate campaigns.

• Assist in organizing advertising and promotional placements in both internal and external channels.

• Contribute to marketing performance tracking and reporting initiatives.

• Support budget management and expense tracking efforts.

• Engage in cross-functional and inter-departmental meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years or more of progressively responsible professional experience.

• Preferred experience in supporting marketing initiatives that involve third-party partners.

• Familiarity with the dental industry, healthcare, or relevant business solutions is advantageous.

• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social media, paid media, print).

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Basic understanding of standard marketing practices within the industry.
