
Marketing Specialist – National Commercial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers to implement marketing campaigns and business development strategies.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Create initial drafts and modify approved messaging for emails, social media, presentations, landing pages, events, and sales materials.
• Tailor existing campaigns and materials for specific regions, target audiences, and sales teams.
• Coordinate with creative teams, marketing operations, and other internal collaborators.
• Assist with event marketing, including invitations, promotional materials, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Evaluate deliverables for brand consistency, accuracy, formatting, links, and necessary disclosures.
• Gather campaign performance data and help with post-campaign reporting and summaries.
• Identify recurring requests and suggest reusable templates, toolkits, or standardized procedures.
• Offer adaptable support based on business priorities, deadlines, and team capacity.
• Enhance consistency, efficiency, and collaboration across regional marketing efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign execution, or project management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
• Experience in coordinating campaigns across email, social media, digital platforms, events, or sales enablement.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear, client-focused marketing content.
• Experience in supporting commercial real estate, financial services, title insurance, or another business-to-business sector is preferred.
• Experience working with regional sales teams or field marketing organizations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, email marketing, project management, or content management platforms is preferred.
• Experience in interpreting basic campaign performance metrics and creating marketing reports is preferred.
