This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a solid understanding of GIS concepts and Esri technologies (such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, etc.) to effectively translate technical capabilities into clear marketing and proposal language.
• Collaborate with technical/GIS personnel to collect content, visuals, and maps for marketing initiatives.
• Work alongside the business development team to create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and design components for proposals, capability statements, and pursuit materials.
• Assist in organizing proposal content to enhance readability, persuasiveness, and key win themes.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure a professional finish across all submitted materials.
• Oversee and expand the company's presence on professional social media platforms, focusing primarily on LinkedIn.
• Create and implement content calendars, posts, and campaigns designed around best practices for cross-platform engagement.
• Monitor engagement metrics and refine strategies to enhance reach and audience growth.
• Prepare marketing materials for conferences, trade shows, and industry events, including banners, handouts, presentation materials, and digital assets.
• Coordinate logistics and timelines for the production of materials prior to events.
• Conduct continuous competitive analysis of industry competitors, focusing on brand positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
• Compile findings into actionable insights for leadership and business development teams.
• Implement SEO best practices in website content, blog posts, and digital marketing materials.
• Track keyword performance and search rankings, recommending optimization approaches.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, GIS/Geography, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Two to five years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, AEC, or government contracting setting.
• Familiarity with GIS concepts; prior exposure to Esri products (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online) is highly preferred.
• Proficient graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Practical knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines, especially regarding proposal submissions and event timelines.
