This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.
• Oversee membership and educational initiatives, manage digital platforms, assist with webinars and training logistics, and provide performance analysis.
• Assist in campaigns designed to attract new members and retain current ones, focusing on audience targeting and follow-up strategies.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns aimed at re-engaging lapsed members.
• Establish and maintain audience segments for membership initiatives utilizing HL7’s CRM and email marketing tools.
• Support marketing efforts that promote registrations for educational programs, certifications, and corporate training sessions.
• Conduct market and audience analysis to guide the positioning of education campaigns.
• Oversee project timelines for courses and educational events.
• Compile post-program reports detailing participation and subsequent actions.
• Manage the daily social media schedule and update HL7 website content.
• Provide regular performance reports with suggestions for enhancements.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a communications and marketing position with practical campaign execution; experience in associations, nonprofits, or healthcare is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in scheduling and facilitating virtual meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Working knowledge of marketing tools: Canva, email marketing/automation platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, Propfuel), CRM/AMS systems, social media scheduling tools, and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional copywriting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated follow-through across various campaigns and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data—creating reports, identifying trends, and translating numbers into actionable recommendations.
• A proactive self-starter who identifies tasks that need attention and takes initiative, while also being a collaborative team player who shares credit, seeks input, and contributes as necessary.
