Marketing Specialist – eCommerce-focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of consumer feedback, sales figures, and key performance indicators across various eCommerce platforms.

• Convert insights into practical recommendations aimed at enhancing product positioning and boosting conversion rates.

• Share findings and suggestions with internal stakeholders through presentations.

• Oversee and enhance digital shelf effectiveness, including search visibility, rankings, and shelf share.

• Spot opportunities to enhance discoverability and conversion rates across different platforms.

• Lead and implement enhancements to product detail pages (PDPs), focusing on copy, visuals, and layout.

• Collaborate with local market teams to tailor and optimize content for APAC markets.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and regional divisions.

• Handle multiple projects and ensure timely execution across various markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar roles.

• Demonstrated experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Taobao, Coupang, or Naver.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data to generate actionable insights.

• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent for data analysis.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Competence in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, regional setting.

• Experience with digital shelf analytics or consumer insights tools.

• Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, or performance marketing.

• Experience working across various APAC markets.
