• Implement Demand Generation Campaigns:
• Conduct multi-channel acquisition initiatives through email, paid media, and content targeting new business and government accounts.
• Create ad copy and emails; design visuals in Canva or collaborate with our in-house creative team as necessary.
• Assist in webinar execution, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up coordination.
• Extract and segment contact lists, perform data cleanup, and map account fields as instructed to ensure precise campaign targeting and attribution.
• Confirm that leads from campaigns and webinars are properly scored and directed.
• Collect campaign data and summarize it into clear, comprehensible recaps.
• Oversee Projects and Deadlines:
• Draft and submit project briefs to initiate work with the internal agency; coordinate with the PMO to keep projects on schedule.
• Utilize Asana to manage campaign timelines and give feedback on deliverables.
• Inform internal stakeholders about new and upcoming campaign activities to ensure everyone is well-informed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of B2B demand generation experience in the SaaS sector.
• Exceptional writing abilities across various formats: ad copy, emails, briefs, and campaign materials.
• Direct experience in planning and executing webinars is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
• A kind demeanor, conscientiousness, and a good sense of humor.
