Marketing Specialist – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the translation and localization of website pages, emails, social media content, signage, and sales materials from English to French Canadian, ensuring precision, brand consistency, and cultural appropriateness for the Quebec market.

• Assist in customizing and implementing marketing campaigns for software, hardware, and services to effectively connect with and engage the Quebec audience.

• Oversee French-language social media and email marketing efforts, including adapting existing initiatives and discovering opportunities for content specific to the region.

• Act as a primary contact for events and trade shows in Quebec, aiding in planning, logistics, and the creation of marketing materials.

• Serve as a liaison among marketing, sales, and technical teams to foster alignment and contribute to lead generation and regional growth.

• Support video translation and perform minor updates to graphic and digital marketing assets utilizing available tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Complete fluency in both French Canadian and English (written and verbal) is essential.

• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Preferred background in B2B marketing, particularly within technical or engineering sectors.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate a large, multinational team environment.

• In-depth knowledge of Quebec marketing regulations and the local B2B landscape.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Goldcast, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Experience with video translation tools or AI-driven workflows.

• Knowledge of NetSuite CRM.

• Background in engineering, manufacturing, SaaS, or technical products.

• Familiarity with 3D CAD or product design software such as SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, Fusion 360, or Onshape.
