This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Plan and execute online and offline events, managing everything from logistics to post-event follow-up.
• Oversee social media activities: including posts, community management, and brand presence in the region.
• Design and distribute email marketing campaigns: newsletters, invitations, and nurturing flows.
• Create and tailor content for various channels and audiences across LATAM.
• Coordinate initiatives with partners: webinars, joint events, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Measure results (leads, demos, conversions) and report clearly to the team.
• Collaborate daily with Sales, Partnerships, and global Marketing teams.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Generalist profile with a foundation in campaigns, events, and content.
• Hands-on experience in events (webinars, activations, in-person), email marketing, and CRM (HubSpot is a plus), along with executing paid, organic, or co-marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of how marketing influences the pipeline and revenue.
• Experience collaborating with partners, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
• Data-driven approach to measure, iterate, and optimize.
• Fluent communication in Spanish;
