This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with all North America (NAM) marketing initiatives for the Pharma sector.
• Ensure effective coordination across tradeshows, webinars, and campaign activities.
• Oversee logistics for upcoming tradeshows, confirming vendor orders and aligning with sales teams.
• Aid in webinar setup and monitor post-event performance.
• Manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Create digital content for websites, emails, and social media platforms.
• Facilitate internal communications and update content as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Manage industry partnerships and publications.
• Input and oversee leads in the CRM system.
• Track KPIs and report on ROI.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva and Eloqua.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Understanding of the Food industry.
• Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Graphic design experience.
• Proficient in using Sitecore.
