This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Implement the comprehensive marketing strategy across paid, organic, and brand channels, with Meta and Google as foundational platforms.
• Establish a cohesive brand voice and presence that positions Bridgecare as a reliable name in CRNA/anesthesiologist locum staffing.
• Analyze the competitive landscape in locum tenens staffing to pinpoint opportunities for differentiation.
• Create, launch, and optimize Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, creative experimentation, and budget management.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns aimed at healthcare administrators and facilities in search of locum staffing solutions.
• Craft compelling ad copy and develop innovative creative concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Business Development Director to create drip campaigns.
• Oversee the strategy for landing pages and optimize conversions for paid traffic.
• Design campaigns that generate qualified inbound interest from clinics and hospitals.
• Work in partnership with Sales and Recruiting teams on lead transitions.
• Take responsibility for reporting on CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Leverage data to enhance targeting, campaign effectiveness, and marketing expenditures.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated success in running paid campaigns that achieved measurable business outcomes, such as leads, brand awareness, or pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, particularly in healthcare, staffing, or similar relationship-focused B2B sectors.
• Ability to independently manage strategy execution and display initiative.
• Excellent copywriting skills and a flair for creativity.
• Data-driven approach and proficiency in utilizing ad platform analytics, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Experience in brand-building within a competitive or saturated market is advantageous.
• Familiarity with locum tenens, healthcare staffing, or the broader healthcare sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
