Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Strategize and oversee content management across various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.

• Initiate, oversee, and enhance Meta Ads campaigns.

• Initiate, oversee, and enhance Google Search Ads campaigns.

• Optimize and refresh landing pages to boost lead conversion rates.

• Administer the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, including the setup and upkeep of pipelines.

• Construct and manage email and SMS automation workflows.

• Develop and maintain lead nurturing and follow-up systems.

• Create and manage an efficient lead response process to promptly engage prospects after appointments are scheduled.

• Plan, implement, and refine email marketing campaigns and nurturing sequences.

• Oversee LinkedIn outreach and lead generation to cultivate a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Assume full responsibility for the complete marketing function for a client in the Australian finance sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct marketing experience.

• Demonstrated success in managing Meta Ads and Google Search Ads, showcasing measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM and marketing automation tool.

• Experience in LinkedIn lead generation.

• Strong grasp of content marketing, paid advertising, CRM management, and marketing automation.

• Capability to work autonomously and take complete ownership of the marketing function.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Prior experience in marketing campaigns within finance, mortgage, or other regulated industries is preferred in the application materials.
