This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Strategize, create, and oversee B2B paid media campaigns (including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and third-party platforms).
• Design and enhance audience targeting, ad copy, and creative assets.
• Implement email campaigns, nurture flows, and newsletters using HubSpot and other channels such as LinkedIn.
• Oversee the complete production and execution of marketing newsletters, which involves content coordination, segmentation, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance on a daily basis.
• Handle tracking (attribution), UTMs, and reporting for precise analytics.
• Provide weekly insights and suggestions based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with RevOps/Marketing Ops to ensure data accuracy, CRM alignment, and campaign infrastructure.
• Conduct A/B testing across advertisements, landing pages, and email initiatives.
• Register and manage all campaigns through our governance process, which includes intake, approval workflows, and GTM readiness assessments to maintain consistent execution standards across the team.
• Work with content and web teams on landing page development and CMS updates.
• Assist with ABM initiatives, focusing on account targeting and campaign execution.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation.
• Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Proficient in HubSpot (email campaigns, workflows, segmentation, lifecycle management).
• Data-driven approach with familiarity in reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of AI tools for enhancing marketing effectiveness.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with strong skills in B2B copywriting.
• Capability to transform strategic messaging into effective campaign execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Apollo.io.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, MS Dynamics).
• Understanding of GA4 (Google Analytics) or GTM (Go-to-market).
• Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio dashboards.
• Knowledge of data privacy or marketing compliance certifications (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
