This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and execute demand-generation and brand-awareness campaigns to draw in new qualified leads and enhance brand visibility for B2B or B2C brands.
β’ Plan and implement omnichannel campaigns by overseeing the marketing content calendar, ensuring coherence and timely execution across teams and platforms such as emails, social media, paid advertisements, and website content.
β’ Leverage our reporting tools (including CRM data) to track, analyze, and report on the success of marketing campaigns, refining strategies based on insights derived from data.
β’ Assist internal services team members with SEO initiatives to establish search as a dependable and consistent demand channel.
β’ Proactively identify and address issues that affect marketing performance, utilizing both strategic foresight and tactical execution.
β’ Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, maintaining brand integrity.
β’ Proven experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies for a rapidly growing B2B agency or brand.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in marketing or demand-focused positions.
β’ Proficient in reporting with a strong preference for a data-driven approach.
β’ Ability to discern trends, insights, and opportunities to continually optimize growth potential.
β’ Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, AI tools, etc.
