• Strategize and implement logistics for events, which includes sourcing and booking venues, coordinating with vendors, managing registrations, and preparing and shipping materials.
• Assist in the execution of conferences, webinars, and events and meetings for prospects and clients.
• Oversee backend reporting and event-related tasks such as tracking attendees, generating event reports, coordinating supplies, and aiding in post-event follow-up.
• Source, order, and manage the inventory and distribution of branded materials, promotional items, and event giveaways.
• Develop event communications, which encompass invitations, reminders, and correspondence with attendees.
• Collaborate across various internal teams and with external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of events that align with company standards and branding.
• Engage in the creation, formatting, and updating of event materials and supporting marketing documents.
• Maintain well-organized records of event materials, vendor contacts, contracts, and marketing assets.
• Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, supporting marketing colleagues on additional projects and assignments as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in a marketing position, showcasing successful execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in event planning and coordination, including logistics management and sourcing event materials.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and standards.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precise and timely task execution.
• Aptitude for consistently reviewing and proofreading one's work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Capability to produce clear, professional written and verbal communication for invitations, attendee correspondence, and internal coordination.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
• Willingness to travel 1-4 times a year as required for events.
