This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee and enhance our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a willingness to explore additional platforms as strategies develop.
β’ Create and uphold a content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns, product launches, educational themes, and seasonal opportunities.
β’ Strategize, write, and present content ideas β including copy, creative direction, and format β for approval before scheduling or publishing.
β’ Schedule, distribute, and oversee all approved content across various platforms.
β’ Interact with followers, reply to comments and messages, and actively foster community engagement that reflects the brandβs professional tone.
β’ Analyze platform analytics weekly and compile a monthly performance report that includes clear insights and recommendations.
β’ Keep track of algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging best practices, and proactively present relevant suggestions to the team.
β’ Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant on campaign briefs, content priorities, and brand direction.
β’ Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives as required, such as email marketing, website content updates, and promotional campaigns.
β’ Identify and suggest new opportunities, including collaborations, trends, content formats, and platform features to ensure continuous growth.
β’ A minimum of 3β5 years of dedicated professional social media management experience.
β’ Proven track record of managing and growing audiences across multiple platforms simultaneously, with relevant examples.
β’ Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret platform data and provide clear recommendations based on findings.
β’ Proficiency in social media scheduling and management tools (such as Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent).
β’ Exceptional written English β professional, natural, and grammatically correct.
β’ Naturally proactive.
β’ Full professional availability β this is a full-time, exclusive position.
β’ Dependable and self-motivated: you will be working remotely and largely independently while still collaborating with senior management.
β’ Preferred (Bonus Skills)
β’ Graphic design skills β at minimum, proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a significant advantage.
β’ Video editing capabilities β ability to edit Reels, TikToks, and short-form educational video content.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools β working knowledge of AI tools for content generation, image creation, caption writing, or workflow efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, and more).
β’ Understanding of SEO and/or Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) β knowledge of how content is indexed and surfaced by both search engines and AI tools.
β’ Experience with CRM systems β HubSpot or Gohighlevel.
β’ Background in the beauty, skincare, health, wellness, or medical aesthetics industries.
β’ Email marketing experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms).
β’ Basic website content management skills (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
β’ Familiarity with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) β even at a foundational level.
β’ Experience in photography or visual content production.
