This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the sales organization for all marketing services initiatives within the automotive sector

• Establish and manage an inbound/outbound sales team across various business units and product offerings

• Assist in formulating the sales strategy and resource allocation

• Track and assess sales performance, deliver timely and constructive feedback, and enhance the implementation of sales methodologies and outcomes

• Discover and develop innovative sales techniques to penetrate the target customer market

• Act as an active manager by supervising outbound activities and conducting pipeline evaluations

• Create and set up a foundational sales technology stack and tools to oversee and operationalize sales processes and playbooks

• Participate in regular budget and sales forecasting activities

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B software sales targeting SMB and mid-market clients

• At least 3 years of management experience

• Experience in Vertical B2B SaaS is essential

• Strong business acumen with a proven history of leading sales teams to achieve or surpass revenue objectives

• Expertise in managing KPIs and remote sales operations

• Experience collaborating with product and marketing teams to launch new products in the market

• Proven track record in building, nurturing, and leading high-performing teams

• A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience in effectively managing and developing distributed teams

• Proficient power-user of CRM, sales enablement, and sales engagement platforms

• Passion for utilizing data to guide strategy, enhance tactics, and achieve results

• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both in-person and remotely

• Capable of accurately forecasting pipeline and engaging in planning and presentation sessions
